So I got a Full sew in yesterday and I liked it ...

But when I woke up this morning I wanted to cry.. I looks like a wig... the bangs look so unnatural!!! I am so upset!!!!! Tell me what you think!!

The first pic is what I asked for and the other 3 is what I got! :nono::nono::nono:

Yes it does look like a wig, but it can possibly be saved. Have someone thin out the bangs some more and add some layers in the back to give it some movement. That might help. If you still don't like it take it out. Sorry that you didn't get what you asked for.

Thats what I think!! I will post pics after I get it done!

To me, it does look like a wig. I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings. I just wanted to give my honest opinion. It doesn't look ugly, though. I agree with the ladies above. It's not a hopeless case. It can probably be fixed up :yep:.

What about curling the sides to add some texture?

That might take away some of the shine. I think it's cute and it looks like all of your hair is protected.

you didn't hurt my feelings but thanks for caring if you did!!

Yes.

I think it's the bangs and the high shine that makes it look wig-ish.

I can't make the bangs longer...anything I can do about the shine?

Yes, it looks like a pretty wig. I think it's the deep black high gloss shine and the bangs. What are you going to do about it?

Yea it need some tweaking. Nothing that can't be fixed though :)

You just need to have some long layers throughout he hair so that it doesn't look so stiff and the bangs are too heavy so I would have a few slices cut there too.

OOh, girl, i know how u feel, if i dont do it myself it never comes out how i ask...i dont trusts most stylists...i always had to go behind them and add more tracks, cut layers and lengthen bangs...
do u know how to cut layers and maybe add in a few more tracks for length and layers? and lengthen ur bangs...

yep it looks like a wig... the bangs should be longer and more wispy

1 Yes it does sorta look like a wig (if your stylist is creative enough she should be able to adjust that)

2. After doing a side by side comparison, it looks like you got what you were looking for, cept your bangs, though they are cut about the same, yours should be longer (1/5 down your eyes) The crown area looks pretty much the same to me.

I know it's a full sew-in weave, but is there any way to put a part in it? Maybe if that was a possibility, that would make it look less "wiggish"
It does look pretty tho, so I hope you can figure something out. :yep:

HTH

Sorry Hun, but it does look like a wig...however it can be fixed....a little thinning of the tresses, dusting of powder and bump here and there....you'll be fine...good luck

looking at yours. . . and looking @ the new one I have on my head. . . i def rethinking this one. . . I ran out of contacts, so I have been wearing my glasses. . . and I bought the wig and it had longer swoop bangs and my (*&^%*&^*^*&) god forsaken mother decided they were too long. . . I was just like whatever mommy, cut them. . . but she kept cutting. . . now they only fall short & straight instead of the side swoop I wanted. . . that ***** owes me a wig! :lachen:

It does look like a wig for the reasons stated by everyone the shine and the bangs. but you can style it so it can look more natural. I think it looks cute, but if you didn't pay for a wig you shouldn't get it. Good luck!!!

looks good to me...not wiggish. I think it tends to start looking wiggish when the bangs get too thick. Cheer up, You look cute!

No it does not look like a wig! I looked at your pictures before reading your post, and I thought it looked like a sew-in. Either way it's cute!

I agree with everyone that it does look like a wig. However with a few creative moves, you may be able to keep it on for a while...at least to get some of your money's worth...:)

The bang is making it look wiggy. She could have done a better job cutting it. Can you go back and get it fixed? The shine is not that big of a deal. It will wear off. New hair always has a shine to it. It also could be the camera flash making it look shinier than it does in person.

I would see if you could find someone to fix it. In general I would stay away from full head sew ins if the person does not know how to do a correct closure or bangs.
