Does Oil protect your ends from Air?

My hair is too short to do the baggie mth. Can I just but daps of Hot 6 Oil on my ends for now?

air dries out the ends, so yeah oil would help ends from getting too dry. What u could also is put plastic bag/shower cap over your head at night after moisturizin, to kep the moisture.

Oil does help to seal the ends.. you can first moisturize with a leave-in/water mixture and then seal with a heavier oil/pomade. Tying the hair down after this helps even further to trap the moisture in.

Oil keeps my ends very moisturized. I oil my hair at night and where a plastic baggie over my TWA.
