Does lack of nookie give you cravings?

I havent coloured in over 2 months and i've put on weight. I've eaten a slab of chocolate and 9 kitkat bars in days and I'm not a usual chocolate feen. I never really had a sweet tooth as a kid and dont usually eat candy. when i don't colour for ages i go through chocolate as a substitute.

Years back on my break at work i ran to the vending machine and wolfed down a bounty and snickers in approx 3 min. colleague looked at me and said 'it's been a while hasn't it?'
she explained the endorphins and all that jazz.

Anyone else get cravings when there's no colouring? Pile on the pounds when there's no action?
 
I don't get cravings when I'm not colouring. However, I am less motivated to diet and exercise, when I know that no one will see me in my birthday suit anyway... :lol:
 
Girl I know what you mean!!!!!

Appettie has increased and even worse, I as walking down the hall the other day and felt something wierd between my legs. Sob....MY THIGHS ARE TOUCHING!!!!!!!
So yes I've been craving and eating "A LOT".......
 
I've never "colored", but I do get hit Crayola Fever at certain times of the year especially late Spring-Early Summer. It motivates me to work out EXTRA super hard in the gym or outside. That's usually the time I join a bootcamp fitness group for the summer, then once the fall hits it calms down and I go back to being a general couch potato. Cravings hit people in different ways, I'm glad mine makes me do something healthy. LOL.
 
LOL well in my case I suffer from not being able to sleep. It's like I have so much energy built up when it;s time to go to sleep either I just can't, or I am up every few hours and when it's time for work I am a mess!!! Exercise doesn't really help, but I still do it a few times a week!
 
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. I have two 88% dark chocolate bars I got on sale at Whole Foods this week. Resisting the urge to eat them both. I have a hard time sleeping as well.

I already exercise like crazy and I think its actually making it worse.
 
not really. i just get irritable :lol: with or without me being aware that it's been a while. when that irritability pops up out of nowhere and lasts a while i remember, oh yeah, i need to get laid.

last winter i was going through a weird involuntary drought and the only thing i was craving was peen :look: that's hopefully the closest i'll ever come to being desperate, because i was ready to get it from pretty much anywhere. :look:

This pretty sums up how I am...I don't crave sweets...only around pms time.
 
My body is never confused about what it wants. Sure some people claim chocolate is better than colouring - i've never had chocolate that good.

I tend to want more carbs, so yea. I do find myself working off all that extra energy doing creative or DIY things. I'm so busy burining off my 'coloring' energy with activities, I'm actually losing weight for once.
 
Chocolate! never been a big chocolate lover but since I've been celibate, I've been craving chocolate daily! Especially chocolate with nuts......LOL!
 
Is that what my problem is??? I must be in terrible shape. I have some chocolate nut fudge in my hair care chest of drawers, I chase chocolate and salt.
