Hi everyone,
I'm a natural 4A with about 6 inches of hair all over. Because it's the same length everywhere, my hair appears to be in layers with the back of my hair touching my shoulders and the front of my hair touching my ears.
However, I'm noticing that the growth rate of the hair in the back has slowed to almost nothingness whereas the hair in the front is growing extremely fast. I'm in twists so I can tell how much growth I'm getting. And my hair is healthy with very little breakage.
Is it possible that my hair in the back is slowing so that the front can catch up to the back so that all of my hair will eventually fall at the same place on my body, ie shoulders?
Has anyone else noticed this on their own hair?
I hope this makes sense.
Thanks,
Ebony
