Does changing hair vitamins change the growth effect in your hair?

If you switch up hair vitamins does it change the progress and effect in your hair or do you still receive similar growth as usual until the results form the other vitamin.

I agree with this. It really is dependant upon your body's needs and your body's ability to absorb the vitamins. I find that liquid vitamins provide the best absorbtion and thus the best results.

People who say that they try vitamins and they do nothing for them should try those vitamins in a liquid or powdered form.
