told them I got matting and I didn't have a relax and I washed my hair a lot during the install ...

I'm thinking it should be ok with the relaxed I just got and hair added

A month a few weeks...
I washed 2 days a week bc I excercise ... I'm not walking around with nasty hair or unhealthy only bc of a sew in ...

I got a relaxer and think since it's straight it won't mar as much plus the hair added should help

I stopped using extensions for my base. I found that making my braids a bit wider helped keep the matting and tangling at a minimum.
the extension hair would actually snap my real hair.

I was natural and kept it in about 3 months. Washed about every two weeks.
