Does anyone use aloe vera gel daily?

Find that my hair loves this stuff. It is great for detangling and it makes my hair feel soft as well as provide some crazy hang time for my length. I googled it and it's suppose to be good for your scalp but drying to your hair. I've been using it a couple of times a week to scrunch out the Ecostyler crunch from my bun at night so that I can braid it up. Does anyone else use it often enough to give me some pros and cons? Thanks in advance.

Yes, one of my spray bottles consist of AVG and distilled water. My hair loves it. It's also good for you internally.

I aloe rinse with the juice daily now and use the gel weekly with my steamed DC. I am also switching to an aloe conditioner for cowashes.

Which aloe vera gel are you using? Im eyeing Mill Creek AVG.

Thanks for the responses ladies! I would recommend Lilly of the Valley Aloe Vera gel. It's what I am using.
