What are your results? How often do you do this? Thanks for replies.

I have not and would not advise it:nono:... since cassia is like a protein treatment, eggs may be over doing it. water should be sufficient... be sure to rinse it all out and use a really good moisturizing conditioner when you are done... :yep:

have fun... that stuff is so messy to get out of your hair... :)

ETA: I don't cassia very often, in fact, I think I have done it 2-3 times in about a year...

Please DO NOT do this!!! Egg is PURE PROTEIN and this is asking for trouble mixing it w/ henna/cassia/khatam/sedr. If you want protein in addition, wait 2-4 weeks (even longer preferably) to do a separate protein treatment.

I never mix the two. I'll either do an egg treatment or a cassia treatment.

Thanks ladies. Oh and one more thing...

Does anyone add cassia to their teas? I am planning to do this occasionally.

There is a recipe on the Karishma henna package that mentions adding an egg.
From package:
For hair conditioning-Mix one cup of curd, one tbsp of methi powder and water. Keep it for 30 mins. Egg may be used for extra body.

I have used an egg in my henna before. I mix in conditioner and oil to prevent dryness and also use a moisturizing conditioner after. My hair is not protein sensitive at all.
