I've been thinking about making my own hair dew since I am low on cash to splurge on a big bottle. I go through hair dew real quick because my hair just soaks it up and I use it nightly. I own most of the ingredients so I feel like... why not make a big batch of my own?

purified water, castor oil, olive oil, organic aloe vera gel, bentrimonium methosulfate (emulsifer), coconut oil, olive squalane (olea europa), optiphen (preservative) and cetyl alcohol.

I'm not a mixologist so I don't know how important bentrimonium methosulfate and olive squalane is.

Has anyone tried this or has makes a moisturizer with similar ingredients? TIA!
