Does Anyone Leave Their Bun In For A Few Days?

If I even take my scarf off I've been wearing my hair in a bun lately, only taking it down to moisturize at night before putting my silk scarf on. When I wake up my hair still feels moisturized, especially lately since it's been so hot where I am.

Maybe I'm wearing my buns too tight because the minute I get in the door I take my bun down, right after I kick my shoes off. I can't sleep in them either.

I usually rinse my hair everyday in the shower, but if not, I'll take the scrunching out, wet my hair with my spray bottle of water & conditioner mix, apply jojobo oil to the ends and put it back in the bun. Oh I always apply gel to the nape and edges to prevent breakage.

I never sleep with it either.

I've done it, the only time I took my bun down to wash daily was when i got spritz happy in basic training and tech school, I hate that cement head feeling lol.
