Does Anyone Here Take Brewer\' Yeast

I'm just curious. I used to take it in the powder form for a good 7 months and I seemed to get a lot more growth than I do now. I stopped taking it over the summer and I was going to start again. I just wanted to know if anyone takes it and if it's been helpful. It is really disgusting, but it seems to speed up hair growth tremendously.

I have some at home but found the taste really grosse. I haven't figured out a way to take it to mask the the taste but it is very rich in protien.

If anyone has any suggesttions I am all ears.

Ditto to that! I have a big tub of it but I can't stand the taste. It also smells funny and I can't put anything in my mouth that smells funny to me. It comes in pill form but it is frickin' HUGE!
