Does anybody on here just feel like give up on growing your hair out ? With out lhcf I would have been cut all my hair off. Some time it hard for me! I'm tell you:nono:

Yes!!! I have felt that way many times. However, from reading TLHF it has been soooooo inspirational for me.

On those days that I feel like giving up, I do the following:

Take my Supps
Wash
CO
Moisturize

& then I wear it up or in a ponytail, where I don't have to pay much attention to it.

Don't give up. There are so many of us out there struggling AND winning together.

I think we all do sometimes. Day's like that I just visualize myself at my goal, then I try to pamper it with lush DC's or Pre-poos and put it out of sight.

I definitely know the feeling, but seeing my first set of comparison shots was the encourgement/confirmation of growth that I needed to continue this journey.

Even a lot of the ladies with really long hair have said that they have felt like giving up during the journey, but kept going.

We are in this together! Let's keep each other strong! We CAN do it and will. (Sorry, not trying to sound like a Politician) But I really mean it.

Although my long hair journey just started in March, I have never felt like giving up yet:nono:. Pre LHCF, my hair would grow and I would keep it cut at a certain length because length was not important to me.

Since LHCF, I have been so excited and inspired about growing long healthy hair. There are so many ladies here with such beautiful natural and relaxed hair. Whenever you become discouraged, someone is always here to offer words of encouragement and advice.

Remember, health before length. I feel that if the scalp and hair is healthy, then it will grow. And the secret is patience and TLC.

Hang in there sis, you can do it. DON'T give up because the best is yet to come!!!!!

gurrrrrrrrrl i seriously know what your going through my hair is a complete disaster even tho its all my fault ( underprocessed= matted tangled/webbed) i swear i want to cut it all off and start from scratch the only thing thats stopping me is my length and this beautiful forum... gurl your sitting on a gold mine stay in there:bighug:
