what is a hair thinning comb? does it make your hair thinner or look thinner?

Pooh, I hair thinning comb thins out thick hair. You pull the comb through your hair just like a reg. comb and as you do, it thins the hairs out. I have a wig that I want to thin out.

I goggled and found a lot of sites that talk about them, but nowhere to purchase.
Anybody???

I'm not good with scissors/shears, that's why I wanted something simple. The stores around here don't have any.
