Do you write down your blessings and prayer requests?

Today at church someone mentioned how David (in the Bible) would keep a record of how God delivered Him in different circumstances and how reflecting on these things made him confident in the Lord in terms of adversity. This got me to thinking -- so often when I journal it's only when I'm upset and I go on and on for pages complaining and whatnot. But I have little to no record of my victories in the Lord. So, I just ordered a prayer journal for that particular purpose. (For whatever reason my internet is acting up but I will post a link to it later.)

Just wondering if anyone here does this or if anyone would be interested in joining me in this adventure :)

Well, I've had a journal for 18 years now and I have to say, I've learned so many things about the Lord, His plans and purposes for me as a woman and a minister and most importantly, about what He requires of me.

I think its a very good idea for you to begin a prayer journal. God will reveal some awesome things to you as you grow closer to Him.

Blessings to you.

This might sound crazy but HOW do you keep a prayer journal?:look:
Do you write down your prayer?
Do you just write down what you prayed for and date it?
Do you make a list of requests?

I know my mom has been keeping a prayer journal and she writes down all of her prayers.
