I was looking at a pic of chilli that someone posted and read comments about her "baby hair":spinning: lol
I like to wear baby hair......not over the top...just a few hairs. I think that it looks really pretty on me when I wear my puff or with any style where my hair is pulled back.
I don't overdo it though. I don't gel down thick hairs from my hairline and call that "baby hair" That looks a little ghetto. :lachen:

Yep.....everybody's probably already seen my gelled edges and baby hairs in my pics:lachen:.

I think it's pretty. I don't care if everyone thinks it's a no no.

I have "baby hair" down my neck. I like it but some says I should get a edge up. But I don't want one...LOL

If my "baby hairs" lay themselves down so be it....but im not purposely gelling or smoothing down my "adult hairs" lol

With some styles, my baby hairs just naturally come out. My cousin actually pointed them out the other day. But I am not going out of my way to showcase it. It was never that serious for me.

Offender here.
I think it's easier than trying to hide them. I don't bring attention to them as much as
leave them as they are.

I have "baby hairs" naturally. I don't gel them down they lay there by themselves. So I guess I really have no choice but to wear them? lol

I think baby hairs on a grown person looks ridiculous.
If they (the baby hair) naturally lay a certain way, and you're not brushing and slicking them down with gel, then that's okay because that's just normally how your hair is.

But lil kid looking edges is a big :nono: to me.

I have them naturally down my neck. I used to hate them and get edged up, but that was too much effort. I just let them be now. My mom still wants me to get edged up while my grandmother loves them (it also has something to do with the good hair/bad hair crap thats in her mind too though). *shrug*

I think gelling is a bit too much though, especially when people gel tons of hairs all around their forehead. THAT, imo, is a nono.

Haven't had baby hairs since I was a bald-headed baby myself. Though I like them if they're natural on others.

I love it and it looks good on me especially when my hair is up or pulled back in a pony. I don't gel it down though, it's just there.

i dont purposely do baby hair cause i dunno what baby hair really is or how to do it lol. but i guess it naturally happens sometimes cause every so often people will make comments about my baby hair... so yeah lol

I went to look at pics of Chilli....I don't think it is so much that she makes baby hairs...More the fact that she just has baby hairs ...they do not appear to be gelled down to me..But I could be wrong....But in her case...yes I do like the way her edges/hairline/baby hair looks.....I just always called it my hairline

I think baby hairs are pretty especially when your hair is pulled back. As long as its done classy and tasteful. And what I mean by that is, your baby hairs must be natural and fit your personal style. When its artificial and fake, it makes you look ridiculous!

Considering that I have a hairline and side burns I have no choice but to wear "Baby Hair". "So, my was yes all the time - w/ no apologies." I will not shave my hair and face, because someone thinks that I look immature. And if some chicks don't think it's cute, ridiculous, ect. - doesn't bother me none.

Chili looks cute rocking her baby hairs...

I think most were saying they don't like MADE baby hairs...not natural baby hair/edges/hairlines...there is a difference in how the two look IMO

"You gon' need a toothbrush. NOT a used toothbrush cuz some of ya'll b****** is nasty!"

"We gon' code name it the Chili. . .That's not baby hair. That's what we call grown a** hair!"

ETA: I don't wear my hair pulled back often(I love a side part) but I do embrace the baby hairs that I do have. I just let them do their own thing.

I'm another one that naturally have baby hairs. I never purposely brush them out or gel them down; they're just there. Years ago I used to have them shaved/shaped but stopped.

Natural baby hair looks okay but simply brushing short pieces of hair out and gelling them down along the hairline doesn't look too great to me.
