Several of my cousins and girlfriends do this with no problems, I've never coloured my hair, so I don't know personally.

semi permanent colours or rinses are very gentle so they are safe enough to do the same day as a relaxer. i do mine the same day. it's by a company called goldwell, i get a jet black colour.
