Are These Hairstyles I Want Too Ghetto? *pic*

I think it's too much hair or something. I've seen this style but shorter around the sides and back. Not bad though.

I think it's cute. And honestly, what's the worse that could happen? I don't think you're going to get fired or anything for curls.

@L.Brown1114 , I think this style is chic and classy!

I was born in the midwest so I know what you mean about the style there and now I live in Europe for over 10 years and can safely assure you that no big city person would consider that look "ghetto".

Many causasian women would love to wear their hair like that and I also agree that any man that would stop at a style that chic, you wouldn't want with you anyway, so my vote is yes! Go for it!

My midwestern mom doesn't understand my hair choices either but it's understandable......different times, different trends......follow your heart:-)

Nope, I like it.
Those appear to be soft curls that can be maintained by pin curling at night

It's pretty and chic! I honestly think it will go very well with your style, which sounds like casual chic.
Don't mind your family, family is always talking some ****.

Be prepared for the very regular maintenance that it requires, though.
I can't stand when people get pixies and then don't keep it up. :nono:

@L.Brown1114 , not to hijack your thread, but briefly, I have lots of American friends who teach English abroad:-) there's a huge market for English Mother Tongue teachers.

Oh no that okay! Yeah that's the problem. I want to study in English speaking countries or ones who know it well. I want to go the UK, Ireland, or Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Or even Canada (Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto)
