Do You Moisturize Your Hair at Night or in the Morning?

Both. In the morning it is on soaking wet hair. At night, it's on dry hair. Same method both times. The LOC (liquid, oil, cream) method. When I slack on this my hair rebels.

For the most part I do it both times. At night before I wrap my hair and in the morning before I leave the house.

Usually both but if I only do once a day its in the morning to keep it from drying in the elements

What do you use to moisture and seal

Honestly I use different things, I have to say I still haven't found a moisturizer that I can be faithful to. These days I am rotating with elastase QP mango butter, heritage hydration avocado cloud and her cocoaloe hydrator. And I seal with Argan oil or a EVCO EVOO mix.

I M & S mainly on a wash day and any time in between when I feel I need it, however I only usually need to re-moisturise my ends, if I baggy them, then there's no need so my regimen is something like this:

After a co-wash I m & s this could be either AM/PM
In the morning I m & s the front of my hair (keeps my edges down)
I m & s at night when my ends feel dry or on a full wash day if I started the process late

My hair drinks oil and creams so i am now getting into the habit of moisturizing and sealing both day and night.

I moisturize at night before I cross wrap so that my hair has time to soak up moisture uninterrupted for hours under my satin scarf while I sleep. I only moisturize during the day if my hair feels "off," if I'm preparing my hair for a low manipulation style, or I was too lazy to moisturize the night before.

At night with my Oyin Hair Dew and butter of choice, I then flat twist my hair; in the morning I simply mist my hair with water &olive oil and run a tiny bit more of the Hair Dew through my hair for all day moisture (and that delicious scent).

I always moisturize during the day as part of my morning care. :) after I put my face on, I spray with my Carols Daughter Hair Milk and then some One and only Argan oil and I am out the door.
