Do you have to use henna with indigo?

Yes........You need the "Stain" from the Henna so the Indigo will have something to Adhere to.

Yep, it will turn your hair blue/purple! One of my family members wanted to take the "shortcut" and skip the henna step. Voila - purple hair.
