not wash out your deep conditioner? Would this cause adverse effects?

I always wash mine out. I don't know if not doing so could cause any adverse effects.

I just rinsed it out I am a scardey cat:cool: . But really what is the worst that could happen?

Leaving in a deeply moisturizing product too long could actually over-moisturize your hair and make it "mushy", leading to breakage. Leaving a protein conditioner in too long might make your hair too brittle. The longest I would ever leave a deep conditioner in my hair is overnight, and I don't even do that! Plus, I use so much conditioner that my hair would be heavy, wet, and sticky if I left it in for days.

Lol, i did once washed with no DC and my hair was angry with me. Very dry and brittle. even with a pre poo it wasnt any help at all
