Do you base before GPB?

Aren't you glad the lights are back

Does anyone apply GPB directly w/o one of their rinses.
I know the insructions says to apply the rinse and then GPB.

I had used GPB many times before using a scalp rinse. I liked the feel I got using it after a rinse, but I think its zero percent necessary. I find GPB to be most effective after using a clarifying shampoo. Try a few ways, see what works for you

I've used one of Aubrey's hair rinses before. I used it basically like an acv rinse. I would shampoo my hair, rinse out the suds/lather, apply the Aubrey rinse, rinse out the rinse, then apply the Aubrey GPB. I never applied the Aubrey GPB without rinsing the rinse out of my hair first.

Do you feel it compliments the GPB, or do you just like this rinse in and of itself?

I used this rinse a long time ago (way before I even started using Aubrey GPB - so I never used the two together). I've been doing avc rinses for a long while now (which I really like). My hair loves Aubrey GPB (all by itself - just the way it is).
