Do I put indigo on wet or dry hair after henna?

This is my first time using indigo I have the henna on my hair now, my question is should I put the indigo on wet hair after rinsing the henna out or do I need to put it on dry hair?

OMG QB i have henna in my hair right now too. I plan to put the indigo in right after i rinse the henna out.
