not to me when i detangled after shampooing i noticed maybe 10 long hairs after hair dried no more has come out so im wondering if that is normal from washing and conditioning, is it possible to have no lost hairs at all?

I've been wondering this too. Every time I detangle, I always loose about a quarter size ball of hair.

Every once in a while I'll have no shed hairs but that is rare. Usually I have 10-20 hairs shed when I detangle daily.
