DIY sew in wevers, a question

I've been reading all the old posts, and I see there are a few people who do there own weaves, and was wondering if you have any pictures of how you finish the top, without the thread showing. I really want to try it, but I have natural hair, and so can't leave a bit out, as I've seen others do. Thanks for any answers in advance.

Thanks for that badkitty, have looked through 9 pages from search results, but it seems as though EVERYONE leaves some of their hair out.
