Hey ladies

Do some of you notice that different parts of your hair have diff. lengths like they are not all the same. Umm wanted to know what are you doing to help you with this battle. I noticed that the middle of my hair is the shortest spot and then comes the back. So leave your advices here as to what you are doing in attempt to regain the same length thoughout your hair.

You have 2 choices. Cut to even it up or wear protective styles where it doesn't show.

I use to constantly cut away my progress because one side grew faster than the other. Once I realized that my hair grows in layers, it was easier to just put it up as it grew out.

You may also want to try a growth aid like BT or MTG.

I just leave it alone and pull my hair back so you don't see the uneven sides. When I reach my goal and want to wear it down then I will cut it all even. My hair is off my about 1/2 inch, maybe an inch so its not that big of a deal. I do get frustrated with the right side though (the one that grows slower). I think continually cutting it won't help.

My hair grows much slower on the left side, and in the crown area. I've been using BT only on these areas to help speed the growth a little. I have noticed some improvement. I used to have my stylist cut it so that it was even on both sides, but it would still grow uneven, so I figure what's the point. I don't plan on evening out my hair again until I reach my goal (which I'm still not sure what that is:ohwell:). As far as styles, I can usually curl my hair a little tighter on the right side so that it "appears" even with the left side. I also wear protective styles.
