I ask this because I saw a new salon in a section of downtown that they are trying to rebuild and it looks nice. I found their website and I don't know how I feel about going their. The website is nice but I have feeling (from talking to the over the phone and looking at the website) that I will be dealing with some know it alls. Did you conversations with the staff and their website give you an accurate impression of what the experience would be like?
