I just had a co-worker(sales woman) ask me if I had cut my hair.

The only thing I did was a roller wrap which I haven't done since Nov.

Does roller setting make hair appear shorter?

I use yellows because I like curls.

When i did a bantu knot set a co-worker also asked me this question. Hair does look shorter when it's curly and longer when its straight. So no need to worry...

I am trying not to. I did some trimming but that was at least 3 weeks ago but she should have noticed then.

Sometimes people say things that leave you puzzled. But I agree w/Dolapo that curlier/wavier styles make your hair look shorter than when it's straight. The gentle curve at my ends when I roller wrap makes my hair look slightly shorter. I'm sure your hair looked lovely and I know it can be hard but try not to give your co-worker's uninformed comment more weight or consideration than it deserves. :)
