Yes, the jerks did, and its supposed to be re- reformulated I think, in a new bottle and two dollars more in cost. But its not in my area, yet I guess. I'm glad they did now though I wen tback to elasta qp mango and my hair is lovin' it.

They messed it up with this "reformation". Used to be a staple of mine...now.. Its no good.

I love long term relationship but my hair also loves the elasta qp mango butter but only on dry hair

Yeah, they did. But, I've moved on to Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Milk. My hair likes it better.

Since I first heard of it and thought to get it at Walmart, I haven't found it. I hear it was wonderful. Too bad. Maybe if people put enough pressure on them like they did with Creme of Nature, they'll bring it back. I hear that plenty of non-Black women are lamenting this product being discontinued or reformulated.

Yeah I learned this several months ago. I actually emailed HE and asked for an explanation because, I too couldn't find it anywhere but found the touchably smooth line. I wish had saved the email but they said how they wished everyone shared my excitement about and that they basically pulled the product due to lack of interest...WTH!! I gotta admit but looking at the touchably smooth leave-in, the ingredients are exactly the same but maybe arranged differently in the list. Also, the smell is identical so what gives?

Yes, the original formula from 2009/08? has been reformulated and the "new" slit end protector is now part of their touchably smooth line. IMO very similar in results to the original 2009 formula, just $1-2 more (as someone stated). It doesn't smells as nice now it has sugary candy on crack sent. If you go to the HE website they no longer show the Long term relationship leave in. I find it a shame they would get red of the original light pink delicious smelling formula because of "lack of interest".. I had tons of interest in that product I still have 2 bottles left from my PJism days (which I not over).
