I know some of us are drinking protein shakes. a couple of people here mentioned designer whey protein because it taste good. i havent tasted it yet but it's on sale at GNC. the 12 oz is on sale for 8.99. and the 2 lb is on sale for 18.99 if anyone is interested.

Thanks for the heads up. I got 2 1lb bags two weeks ago (BOGOHO). I love the taste, especially when mixed with milk. Its like a regular ol milkshake minus the fat and what not. Guess I'll be heading there soon to stock up
