Well some say that a deep conditioner is a conditioner whose instructions suggest leaving on for 10 minutes or more. Regular conditioners generally don't suggest a time to leave it on. Some ladies here have suggested that there is no real difference and that any "regular" conditioner can become a deep conditioner if you put on a plastic cap and let it sit with or without heat. HTH

yep exactly. i usually sit under the dryer for 20 minutes for deep-conditioners.
