Deep conditioning with braids

I currently have cornrows in my hair. i've had them in for about 2 weeks now. i wash 2 times a week with head and shoulder because i'm using surge so i want to keep the white flakes at bay. i also leave a conditioner in my hair while i shower (like 5 minutes). the one think i miss tho is deep conditioning. i was wondering if it was possible to deep condition (under a dryer) with cornrows?

When I had cornrows I just left the conditioner in under a cap for about an hour. I didn't have a bonnet dryer at the time though. Now that I have one I use it to deep condition with my zillions. You just might want to dilute the conditioner with water before appyling to your hair.
