How long do you ladies DC with LP hair? 30 minutes, 1 hour, overnight or somewhere in between?

I DC for 30 minutes under a heat cap. I have not noticed a difference DCing any longer with or without heat. I may keep the DC on longer if I am doing something. But I don't notice any additional benefits after 30 minutes.
