Deep conditioning and co washing on the same day

What r u doing? Cowash, rinse, apply dc/plastic cap, heat for 15 min, rinse and style?? Is that right?

For me, it's more like apply DCowash, put on plastic cap, leave for a minimum of an hour, maximum of overnight (if I'm using heat, as long as I can stand being under the cap), detangle, rinse, style.

Basically, I use my DC as a co-wash. It's all conditioner, right?

i personally never deep condition my hair unless i have first pooed.

i do co-wash on non poo days tho. and i have a deep conditioner which i use as a deep conditioner and regular conditioners for co-washes.

It's fine to co wash and deep condition on the same day

About 2 or 3 times a month I do a hot oil treatment, co wash and deep condition.

I personally deep condition for 30 mins though, but if 15 is your magic number, that's fine.

That's exactly what I do - except heat for 20-30 mins. My new growth has been coming in pretty fast with this method.
