Evening,
I was reading on the Lchf and watching YouTube videos. I have come across naturalistas that deep condition before they shampoo or co wash. Interesting. I was always taught to DC after you wash your hair. What r the benefits to DC before you wash and also what is the reason to prepoo your hair?
