Soft Sheen Carson's Oil healer (in Bright yellow bottle), it's there new line oil therapy some thing like that but the products have olive, jojoba, and coconut oils. They have worked really nicely so far. I also love NTM!

Hits:

hold w/o frizz :)

Hits: Kemi Oyl on soaking wet hair. Keeps my hair moisturized for up to five days using only a dime sized amount

Comb coils...easy to do and lasts for so long. This is going to be my style for a looooong time :)

NTM serum...great for my ends

Miss: Paul Mitchells Awaphui Moisture Mist - I don't know what this is supposed to do but my mixture works better than this.

All Hits! :D

My Honeychild Hair Cream (myhoneychild.com)--a thick, creamy moisturizer. It's not greasy at all.

My Honeychild Caribbean Activator

My Honeychild Natural Hair Humectant Spray--it's slippery like Sta Sof Fro, but it doesn't have that revolting stench. This one has a faint lemon scent.

Sally's Generic version of Redken Amino Pon--it deep cleans w/o stripping. Just like L'anza Protein Plus. And for only $3.29!

Volumax Styling Gel (Sally's). Light, non crunchy hold with a little shine. Smells great. I don't think it would work on my natural hair in the summer time. But for now it's fine.

Another Hit:

Isoplus Wrap Lotion

I has this left over from my relaxer days and I used it as a setting lotion for palm rolls yesterday and they came out so well. They are are so soft to the touch and not crunchy but they don't feel loose

My list is November and December combined.

Hits:
-Salerm21
-Redken Heat Glide
-ORS Hair Mayonaise
-Suave Humectant conditioner
-NTM silk touch leave in cream
-Coconut oil--Great on my new growth

Misses:
-Queene Helene hot oil treatment--Left my hair dry and VERY tangled. Even after putting a ton of conditioner on afterward.
-Conditioner only washes
-Profectif Breakthru heat styling creme

Still out:
-Castor oil
-Coconut milk and lime

Hits
Aubrey Organics GPB - This stuff is phenomenal!! Only the second conditioner to pass my litmus test of easy combing while wet (Salerm Wheat Germ being the first). Left my hair feeling strong yet detangling was a breeze, even without following it with a moisturizing conditioner. Also loved the smell. An instant staple.

CON Detangling Shampoo (green label) - Only used once but right now its running a close second to Keracare Hydrating and Detangling Shampoo for me. And for the price, it's unbeatable.

Misses
ORS Hair Mayo - Hair felt okay after it was dry, but not good enough to endure the tangling from trying comb it while wet.

Pantene Relaxed and Natural Shampoo - Left an icky film on my hair. I should have known petroleum in shampoo was a bad idea, but I had an old stash that I hadn't used since I really began noticing the effect of different ingredients and thought I'd give it a shot. Bad idea - this stuff sucks.

Hits- no miss
Keracare hydrating/detangling shampoo- slick hair and no tangles
Keracare essential oils- light and soft
BB oil mosturizer hair lotion- really good ingredients and cheap price

HITS:
Suave Vanilla Floral Conditioner - moisturizing and leaves my hair silky for co washes
Pantene Relaxed and Natural Shampoo - very moisturizing
Pantene Relaxed and Natural Conditioner - very nice
Ion Heat Protectant - This is not a watery spray, it's like an oil that you spray on dry hair. I will definitely keep this in my regimen for hair straightening
Ion Ceramic Styler Blowdryer - Works very well and quickly too

Ion seems to make some good products. I will continue to keep them in mind. Once I run out of the Relaxed and Natural (may take a year!), I would like to try the Straigtening Shampoo and Conditioner by Ion prior to flatironing.

Hits:

CON for dry hair. Helped save my hair after a Lavender water mishap. Everyone should have a bottle of CON around for hair emergencies. :)
Elucence conditioner. Left my hair soft and very silky.
Dep Shine Gel. Very light weight and has a great shine.
Sebastian's Colourshines in Ginger. Didn't notice any change in hair color until I straightened. It brought out highlights in my weird dark brown/medium brown hair.
K-Cutter comb. Finally bought one for myself. It's a keeper. :)
Surge 14 mixed w/ WGO. I think this might get me over my winter hair woos.

Misses:

Distilled water & lavender EO. Maybe I used too much EO but it left my hair hard and tangled for days. :wallbash:
