Dry: Pibbs for 60 mins

Nothing. I cowashed my hair Thursday. I’m just going to M&S until my scalp can’t take it, then cowash again. Since I’ve been working out more heavily, I’ve been cowashing more often.

This weekend I plan on washing, conditioning and then deep conditioning with aphogee 2 min repair. Then I'll airdry/blowdry the rest on warm and rebraid for my new wig.

Aphoghee protein treatment steps 1&2
SM Manuka Honey deep with the matching oil in the coarser parts of my hair.

My Honey Child twist cream
Topped with Uncle Funky’s Daughter Curly Magic

Let the hair set for 20 mins then under the dryer with duck bill clips to maintain the shape.

The Manuka Honey Conditioning left my hair really hydrated and detangled

I gave myself one final trim for 2017. Ever so slightly. Having straighten my hair, my ends were a little rough

I’ll probably be washing it out Sunday bringing in 2018 with my natural fro

Instead of doing nothing, which is what I planned, I cowashed and lightly conditioned my hair. I then placed my hair in 11 plaits with Chi Keratin Silk Infusion all over, then S-Curl/ Shea mix in the front and Keravada Caramel Souffle/Shea Mix in the back. My goal is to find out which product concoction keeps my hair moisturized for the longest. I will give it a week. The next product combination I will try is Oyin Hair Dew/ Shea Mix.

Since I have to brave the stupid cold later today, I did a quick oil rinse (Castor Mix #5), shake, and go. Yeah, shaking is risky, but it helps dry my hair faster. I am not using styling products, plus towels and t-shirts mess my hair up.
