If I remember correctly, I purchased mine from a beauty supply store in Waldorf (between Shoppers Food Warehouse and TJMaxx).

There is a BSS in Wheaton plaza that carries it. You can get it from Mary's Dominican salon on Fenton across from City Place mall in Silver Spring or Arelis salon on Colesville.

There's a beauty supply in Waldorf that carries it...the one in the Value City Furniture Shopping Center. In fact, they carry a lot of dominican products. It goes quickly though.
