Are you cowashing ladies doing this? Or do you just cowash and go? Wanted to try cowashing for the 2nd time again tonite.

My hair has been a little drier than normal lately so I CW'd yesterday (instead of using poo) and DC'd for 4 hours under a plastic cap w/out heat. Hair turned out very moist. I think I'll CW instead of using poo on every other wash until the weather gets warmer.

hmmm interesting....glad your hair felt better, I guess I'll try this cowash then DC thing :yep:

I co-wash and DC. I noticed that shampoo especially when stretching has a drying effect on NG making it unmanageable and hard to comb. So, I used a lot CWs to replace pooing with DCs and shampooed when the hair said no to me.

6 days out of the week I co-wash and go. The one day when I shampoo out of the week I deep condition after I co-wash, but the only reason I co-wash then is so I can detangle my hair in the shower.
