I like Nizoral AD shampoo.Just follow the instructions and your dandruff should be gone in under a month. And if it is too drying, you can follow up with your favourite moisturising detangling shampoo.HTH

I use Nizoral also and I noticed a difference within a week. I highly recommend it!

I would recommend switching to a more gentle shampoo and doing an ACV rinse

Are you sure it's dandruff and not just flakes from using the oil? It could be build up. You may have used too much.

How do you do it and what's it purpose?

It helps to clarify, helps with dandruff, and closes the cuticle to promote shine.

My dandruff is real bad and I have to use prescription
strength nizoral 2% to keep my dandruff under control.
