I figured there should be a Challenge for those that want to implement damp Bunning for length retention.
Perhaps it can be broken up into chunks to suit everyone’s needs.
•1 month
•2 Months
• 3 Months
•3-4 Months
• the rest of 2018
*Rules*
•The rules are not very strict
• try to damp bun at least 1 time out of the week
• buns or loose braids would probably be the best style of choice
• dampness of hair depends on individual needs
•make sure your hair is in good standing to participate
•Hair does not have to be wet 24/7, or for long periods of time.
•However you choose to dampen your hair is fine
*Pointers*
• Keep on top of your protein treatments. It’s very easy for your hair to become overly moisturized and lose it’s integrity and stretch until it breaks. Espeacially the ends.
•loose styles/buns would be the best to choose
•protect those ends
•Try to mitigate how much you manipulate your hair
•be comfortable with a very basic look
•Have fun
•If the Challenge is not doing your hair any good, PLEASE, do what’s best for yourself and your hair, even if that means stopping the challange.
