Curly girl method - is this allowed?

I'm thinking about trying the curly girl method. Can anyone tell me if this ingredient list of a masque I will be using is ok? It's a Kerastase deepcon.

Zakina, I don't see any silicones or mineral oils. But the Isopropyl Alcohol may be a concern since it can be drying. Maybe if you use it as a deep conditioner every now and then it might be alright. You may not want to use it on a weekly basis.
