Specifically, how are you handling your hair when you sleep? Are the curls lasting as long as normal roller sets?

At first my curls fell after only 2.5 days but I was only using NTM leave-in and a frizz buster serum. Now my curls can last a long as 5 days I still use the products mentioned above, but I also use a 50/50 mix of lottabody and water.
If anyone else has a better alternative to lottabody please post it.
