Curl holding products

Hi ladies I want to do flexirod curls and i want them to last for a few days at a time. I need some recommendations on holding products so please tell what you've used and the effects on your hair life stiffness, dryness, how long your curls lasted, etc. Thanks in advance.

Btw I'm transitioning, bsl, 6 months post with 3'' of newgrowth and 4ab.

I used elucence mousse when I did mine on airdried hair. It held for about 2-3 days.

oyin honeyhemp conditioner with twist and loc soft hold gel.

soft, shiny and smelled yummy! the curls held up really well on my flexirod set.

Jane Carter wrap lotion. I forget what it's called exactly. They have Jane Carter at Target amongst other places.

Thanks ladies. I bought perm rods instead the were $1 a pack for 12 and I bought 5. Flexis were 6 for $3. I also got v05 holding spray which I intend to use sparingly and lottabody foam wrap. In hindsight I probably should've bought some holding gel but I'll work with what I have and see how that goes. Off to curl. It's gonna take a while.
