When I look back over the number of "hair grow' bandwaggons that I am guilty of jumping on and hailing as the latest 'holy grail', I am permanently jumping off. Remember some of these:

There was Mane & Tail

I found my regime and what works and I AM STICKING TO IT!!!!!

Her 73 year old body (she is 1 year older now) has me motivated! The thing about it her nephew told me she is on a strict diet that she does not deviate from. NO SUGAR, no red meat.....etc. She eats like 27 egg whites A DAY! Her body is fine tuned.

I am not that disciplined BUT I do plan on starting back on my vigorous running routine and trying to get in 10 to 12 miles a week to start. That is running 2 miles for 5 days or some derivation of that. Wish me luck!

I saw a friend today I had not seen in a few years and she lost like well over 20 to 30 lbs running at 5 am and lifting weights. She is now a size 0 to 2 depending on the clothes! I was so jelly! She changed up her "healthy" diet but eliminating high in calorie yogurt smoothies and switched to light and fit. She eats egg whites and cut out fruit juice (even organic, no sugar added). And she switched from white rice to brown.

Can anyone eat a dozen eggs in a day. This guy claims he did.
http://www.marksdailyapple.com/eggs/
I played college football for five years and took a shot at the NFL, having tryouts with the Jets and Packers, and when I needed to put on good healthy weight I would eat about a dozen eggs a day on top of a healthy diet. Four eggs in the morning, four after my workout, and four right before I went to bed. Fastest and easiest way to gobble up eggs, for me, was to throw them in a blender with milk, fruit (bananas, strawberriers, etc.), small scoop of whey protien powder, and sometimes a spoon full of peanut butter. Hard boiled eggs with salt and pepper is a great snack and a quick energy booster.
