Which one is good for coarse, natural hair. I know they've got ones for moisturizing, normal, color-treated hair, etc.

I used the detangling, conditioning one in the green and white bottle with a yellow top last night. I am almost 8 weeks post and it helped to make detangling MUCH easier:thumbsup:

The label says its the Ultra Moisturizing Formula for dry, brittle, or Color treated hair. Its a 12oz bottle that was $3 at Walmart:D

I'm transitioning as well, and I love the original formula (Red and White Bottle). I tried the Ultramoisturizing but it was too much moisture for me, and I found it really hard to rinse out.

right now I am using the volumizing version because it is less slimy than the other ones.

I have the green & white one for color treated hair its good when streching a relaxer but I use ntm shampoo & conditioner

The regular formula with the red top works best for me, though the green one detangles well too.

Green bottle for me. I think Creme of Nature has the best cheap products our right now along with Elasta QP products.

The green one with the yellow cap for dry, brittle, or color-treated hair is the only one I have and I find it leaves my hair too tangled. It scares off all of my conditioners. But I must admit it did work for awhile in the beginning.

Hey Caligirl i used to use the green label one. Thats the only my then-coarse hair liked. That was while transitioning and natural before i switched to no poo. But i love the CON green label poo.

Whenever I use it (which isnt often) I never use a rinse out conditioner afterward, only a leave-in.
