Creative Vows

I'm particularly interested in this part:

"I, ____________, take you, ____________, as my friend and love, etc..."


I want to write my own vows but I am not very poetic. Please post links to sites that have inspired you in creating your own vows.

Thanks! This should be the easiest thing to write Right!?

But, as I write I feel like I'm turning myself inside out emotionally!

I just needed to check myself because I think I was getting too deep.

I think writing in symbolic language is more beautiful and is something that will stand the test of time.
