Just wanted to share with you ladies my week of frustration....Ok....so I decide I am gonna try the twist thing with the nappy afro dread hair....this is my 1st time with this style...Sunday I got it done ...the lady was pressed for time...so she made big parts....lol so I had like 20 twists...curled tight...had me looking like I was 12!...I dipped those twists about 3 different times trying to make them look like something...no good..ok so I go to a my cousin to give more fullness...She hooked up the fullness but it just looks like curly fries to me...(it is a blend of 30 & 27)....So then I dipped it last night about 3 more times...tried to put some shine and softness..but today it is coming DOWN....I cannot take it /images/graemlins/mad.gif...I think it is the nappy hair....Anyone else experience this with the extension twist effect?

The texture takes some getting used to, but you have to remember that it's kinky hair and not the straight synthetic hair most people are used to buying, the only bad experience I've had is that is caused a little breakage with my hair,sooo I'm leaving the kinky hair alone....
