I just thought I would share my experience I have with crazy women when it comes to hair.

Example 1:

I used to work with this woman who had HORRIBLE hair. She had breakage everywhere, she kept it in a TIGHT ponytail that had made her hairline completly bald about two inches in from where it should be all around temples, forehead, nape and everything. I never knew she had issues until she started dropping comments about how perfect I was :perplexed She would comment that I have the perfect name, the perfect this, the perfect that (mind you, I am a confident young woman, but I also find humility in KNOWING that I am FAR from perfect). Anyhoo one day I wore my hair down, she see's me and runs her hands through my hair, I feel her fingers on my scalp (im assuming she was looking for tracks, who knows, like i said she has issues)...next thing I know she tells me, and I quote, "one day im gonna cut your hair off and glue it on my head."   so at this point I take about 3 steps back, give a "you need help" look and and continue with my business. So little comments like this continue on for some time, i usually brushed it off with a bleek smile or something. Finally, one day we were working in the same cubicle together, she see's me, approaches me and says "you're soo cute I just wanna cut your face off and sew it on mines." I don't know if im supposed to take this as a complement or be completly terrified. i choose the latter... After that comment I kind of stayed away from her and kept my distance. People would tell me she has self-esteem issues and thats why she says and does the things she does. :perplexed

Anyhoo so that is one of my experiences. Has anyone else been victim of women with self-esteem issues or who just had plain ole issues and said some off the wall borderline creepy things when it came to you or your hair????

Ewwww. She is creepy. Has she done anything to make you believe she is straight crazy? It's hard to decipher if she is truly kidding or if she may be a nutjob. Either way I would continue to stay away. Especially after the cut your face off comment..too strange

Behaviour like that is just creepy.

I just had someone act weird towards me in Walgreens on Saturday. I was reading labels on things and this lady pointed at the Pink Lotion and told me to get that because it's what she uses. And honestly her hair was jacked up.

I politely said I don't care for Pink Lotion because it doesn't moisturize well and my hair doesn't like it. She proceeded to give me one of those long up and down looks, (I had my kerchief and mini buns going) and said something about I shouldn't talk and blablalba my hair must be ugly, and I must be bald headed since I had my hair covered.

I just kind of blinked at her for a minute and shook my head. She as still talking about me when I saw her again in the cleaning products aisle.

i would watch my self around her. and i would say something to her to let her no i dont care for talk like that. and if she keeps it up i would go to HR AND have them talk to her she could be joking or for real but i would put a stop to it

She sounds like she could have landed a part in The Silence of the Lambs or something. I would probably file a complaint to have it on record.

that is seriously creepy! what is her obsession with cutting of your body parts and sticking them to hers? what a weirdo. keep your distance girl or we'll be reading about you in the paper!

Not good!
I'd say not only watch your back, but your hair too.
I don't mean to make you paranoid, but I'd always make sure she's not carrying any sharp objects...sissors, etc.

"you're soo cute I just wanna cut your face off and sew it on mines."
:lachen:  :lachen:
Ok...ok...I know I wasn't supposed to laugh but hot-dangit! That part cracked me up. You made me laugh real loud. That chick is nuts!

yeah... errr.....ummmmm.... that's definitely a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

I would say tell her she's pretty just as she is........... but you don't want her camping out on your front lawn.:ohwell:

too funny!

i try to be as nice as possible, i would compliment her and everything. but at this point I dont feel its my responsibility to pump up a grown woman's self esteem.:ohwell: maybe thats just me. I have a friend who recently told me she has said some off the wall stuff to her as well. I no longer work there or am around her so thats not a problem anymore thank goodness.

i dont know what her fasination is with taking other people's body parts and features ( ) i just think she seriously see's features in others that in a perfect world she would love to have for herself, which in reality is a natural "grass is greener.." concept but i've never seen it played out so for real before.

 I did the same thing and thought to myself "shame on you". Girlfriend sounds looney as hell.  I'd stay away from her as much as possible.

Whitney, heed the advice you've received. The woman aint right, "cut off your hair, cut off your face"  , she sounds kinda 'nice-nasty, kooky'.
The statements she made are abnormal.

I was thinking the same thing!

"It rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again."

"It puts the lotion in the basket!":eek:

craaaazy...

Wow, I kinda feel sorry for her. I dont think she will do anything crazy, though. I just think she has some really low self-esteem issues. Bless her heart.:ohwell:

Yea me too, but i'd be scurred as hell!!!

If I were you whitney I would stay away from her and keep my hair up. You don't know what she will do.

I'm sorry but I laughed at what you said too and then thought it was wrong.......it was funny but this chick sounds straight bonkers and you should continue to keep your distance as much as you can. She's a nutcase.

Girl... didn't you see Silence of the Lamb (A transexual Nut killed chubby girls to make a "girl" skin outfit to fit his big a**)

I would take her serious - mention it to your supervisor and tell her OFF before they find your body stuffed behind the copier- somewhere! just kidding...

Make her think that you're CRAZY too and will whip her a** if something goes off!

CRAZY recognizes CRAZY! :D

Be on gaurd if she asks you to come into a empty room or cubicle, shes might snap and pull out a envelope opener .

OMG .........:lachen:

I say that my cat is so cute I just want to bite its little head off. That's before I scoop her up and hug the crap out of her. LOL!

But that lady sounds like she could be waiting outside of your window ready to peel your flesh off like a grape. I'd stay away, keeping one finger on the mace and another on the phone.

I don't have any crazy stories, but your story made me realize I need to keep my eyes wide open the next time I wear my hair down. What a mad world we live in!

ok so my mom just gave me the run down on silence of the lambs
now im up to speed on what yall are makin reference to.
and i have to say....
ya girl is SCARED.
its crazy because i always just assumed her confidence was low and as a result she would say off the wall things, but ya'll got me thinkin my life..EVEN WORSE, MY HAIR, is in danger!

but its okay because i havn't seen her in a minute AND graduation is approaching

and you ladies may not have experienced pure craziness first hand but i know FOR A FACT there have been heffas on the street that have crossed your path, have taken one look at all of your beauutifull heads of hair and have slipped momentarily into "cut n sew" mode.....you just don't know:lol:

Once I realize someone is not "wrapped tight" as my Mom would say (meaning crazy) I LEAVE them alone!

Don't make excuses for them, don't try to save them or show them a better way - just walk or RUN in the opposite direction.

Based on the Laws of Attraction - you do not want that craziness around you or your hair!Even if she was "joking", there was a seed of truth in her thoughts or she would not have verbalized it.
