CPR c/o washes

Well i've been doing this for the past week, every 3-4 days as prescribed by the directions... and its sooooo beneficial!!!! We're talking hair loss of maybe 10 hairs TOTAL (this wash).. I strongly encourage those who already have this product to try it...
I did this last summer (my hair was thriving big time then) and i decided i would mimic my summer routine. Oddly enough, c/o washes with other conditioners don't do it for me /images/graemlins/confused.gif w

my final rinse is always using VERY cold water, so i rinse for a full minute. I find i still have some pieces in my hair, but after my combout they're all gone. HTH

Do you rinse your hair in the shower? I only rinse my hair in the shower. I do cool (but not VERY cold) rinses. No way.

OH no, allandra.. I rinse, wash and final rinse my hair all in the same position in the sink! I almost forgot many ladies here wash in the shower.. I could've caused a few ladies ehre to go into shock with the cold water, lol.

The only reason i do a very cold rinse is to tighten my cuticles.. i dont think it has an extra benefit of rinsing those particles out, in fact a warm rinse may be better for that purpose.

You know, I didn't know that you could use CPR this often! How much would you say that you use each time you're washing? 1/2 teaspoon? 1 teaspoon?? Wow. You know, I LOVE to rinse with cold water. LOVE it. Can definitely see the difference in shine and so forth. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

UMM a 1/3 tablespoon /images/graemlins/nuts.gif try 2oz's!! i slather on my conditioners, I really belive in thoroughly coating my hair. In addition i did a "shamp" w/ d&l cholesterol mixed with olive and vit e and i really worked it in there like i was shampooing let sit for 3 minutes and rinsed. I plan to incorporate ACV rinses in my c/o routine as well (like i did in the summer)
with the CPR, this is a recipe listed on the motions website, I tried doing it down to he "T" like they suggest and i works okay, but my revised routine suits me much better. HTH
