Cowash, pre poo, stretching?? What the?

So, I tried to search the site for info but admit i'm too impatient. Will someone please break down what these are and how to do 'em.

co wash: washing with conditioner only

pre poo: adding something to your hair before shampooing

stretching: extending the time between relaxer touch ups.
